Zhytomyr has actively started to change. It is happening due to people, who can work and have a desire to do it. Precisely these people were gathered by regional business forum “Ukraine – the country if entrepreneurs”, held on December 13 in Zhytomyr.
There were panel discussions with the participation of government spokesmen, businessmen sharing positive experience and partnering or making new contacts, which generated the interest of all members and guests.

The honored meeting went by corporate goal: to create appropriate conditions for making clear management, repayment of taxes and developing small and medium-sized enterprises.
Striving to show to guests modern tools for achieving success, implementing ideas and projects, the organizers shared practical recommendations for plans’ realization.
Alina Ocheretiana, the founder of national footwear brand Kachorovska, has told about the accomplishments and failings, the views of holacracy as a way to form a team, client-centered business and a lot more.

Zhanna Soloviova, certified business-trainer, facilitator, leader of grant developmental schemes and the chief representative of “Zhytomyr Community Fund”, has spoken about peculiarities of work in public sectors, grant schemes, project proposals and her personal mission.

Dmytro Antoniuk, the head of ISM Ukraine, noted that he has always been doing the favorite pastime.

“Personally, it has been interesting to combine IT sphere as well as financial and economic education. I’m seeking technical specialists who’ll exactly understand the way accounts department works”, – told Dmytro about his preferences which helped him to create own business.
As a result, it is possible to outline the general view of prosperous and independent middle-class representatives: unconventional thinking, strategic planning of target achieving means and constant self-management.
What is more, all of them unselfishly love Zhytomyr and are ready to work hard.
