Ukrainian scientists de facto agree with this statement because they continue their research activity despite all the unfavorable factors both subjective and objective character. A successful defending of a dissertation to obtain a scientific degree of a candidate of the historical sciences in the National University «Ostrozka Academy» – is a personal victory of Bohdan Kytsak.
