Every year on October 20, the International Chef’s Day is officially celebrated. The World Association of Cooking Communities selects the theme of the holiday, arranges culinary competitions on the skill of cooking, conducts social events, through which the society is acquainted with the culture of nutrition. Of course, a true chef is an artist who can raise the mood and cause a craze. But there are dishes that even beginners are capable of. For example, pasta.
Traditional Italian pasta is a simple and extremely tasty dish at the same time, but requires precision in the recipe and cooking technique. Macaroni for paste paste from flour of hard wheat varieties. Boil in large quantities of water, on high heat, with constant stirring, to a semi-solid state (“Al dente”). The sauce for its refueling should be cooked in advance, and then connected to a hot, freshly-cooked paste. And apply for use exclusively hot. We tasted “Farfalle with Salmon” and asked about the secrets: when cooking, Macaroni “Farfalle”, salmon, parmesan cheese, cream sauce, spices and herbs are used. A very unusual combination of flavors of paste and fish placed accents in the perception of food, and creamy-cheesy background created a gentle taste.

The bar “Drizhdzhi” treats its guests with a Carbonara paste, chicken paste and mushrooms and pastry “Bolognese”. The “Carbonara” tested by us is cooked from spaghetti, fried in cream of bacon, egg yolk, parmesan cheese, spices. The Italian traditional dish has a cream-like structure, a pronounced taste of bacon and a light flavor of Italian hard cheese.
