Employees of IT sector today do not take the first position in the ranking of the most highly paid professionals. Only here for some reason it is considered as the study and making IT better abroad.

Consultant of agile methodologies of ISM Ukraine, professor of Kiev-Mohyla Business School Artiom Serdiuk – the organizer of the program of cooperation ISM Ukraine, Zhytomyr State Technological University and Hogeschool Rotterdam / Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences, has his own learning experience in teaching in Zhytomyr and Kyiv Mohyla business school. His speech is not gray-haired mentor teaching, but a friendly conversation about life and personal aspirations.
The meeting was organized for those who deliberately want to build a career and life, not just all hang down from parental supervision and then mention the steep student hangouts. Those who after the Lyceum want to continue studying in other cities or countries told their arguments: the desire to get high quality training and scholarships. And the experience of guys that after the Lyceum remained in ZSTU training and took part in the program of the Hogeschool Rotterdam, confirmed that all this can be done at home, in Zhytomyr.
The presentation, prepared by Denis Zosymovych, Illia Hoznoferov and Dmytro Kulchytskyi, where guys showed their achievements in the Ukrainian-Dutch joint projects. Live story about a visit to Rotterdam and its impressive futuristic scenery was interesting also so that exposing the possibilities and the benefits of learning in ZSTU.
This is mobile educational program that meets the needs of the market and a team of young teachers, and scholarships are available on request and much more useful to future programmers. Rate of ISM Ukraine, who visited the boys in the first year made it possible to work on the creation of software for real customers with their colleagues from the Netherlands.
Everything told by speakers was not in an academic manner. They were embarrassed because their experience of successful presentation of achievements is scarce. This is not surprising: they are less than a year old, but already achieved quite a lot.
All was laid out by Director ISM Ukraine Dmytro Antoniuk – summed up the story about the difference between hiking and life abroad.
Most valuable resource is people and those who have intellectual resources, and even more so. Should I build up their achievements to other cities or states, if you can do cool stuff at home? Life is advancing very rapidly, Zhytomyr increasingly engages its potential, and that was deemed drawback and is a little advantage. The main thing is perspective and it merely depends on the person; how they can use it. Incidentally, in the biography of Steve Jobs it is written: “If you have the intention to go round the world in search of a guru, you will find it in the next house.”
