Workers’ dreams for employers today were spoken at the Center of Local Self-Government by the Head of the Joint Territorial Communities and representatives of the Zhytomyr Universities

It’s no secret that Ukraine faced personnel famine. This has happened for many reasons, but it’s not time to analyze the problem. On the ways to overcome the personnel crisis on their own, and the desire to create conditions for the development of Zhytomyr youth, they spoke at a meeting held at the initiative of the Center of Local Self-Government.
The united territorial communities today are in dire need of specialists who will be able to solve their urgent problems. Doctors, heat engineering, land law specialists, project managers – this is a non-exhaustive list of professions that are scarce in the communities. Where and how to look for an ideal employee, how much he should be and how much they are willing to pay for such workers, discussed at the meeting with the heads of Horodnitsia, Popilnia, Baranovka, Glibochytsia, Stanishevskaya, Chopovitsia and Andrushivka OTG together with representatives of Zhytomyr universities.
Representatives of the Zhytomyr universities highlighted the opportunities, aspirations and results of their work to solve staff problems, and this useful information was extremely important.
The career development center of ZSTU is an example of a practical and modern approach to personnel issues. The chairmen of the OTG have been offered cooperation, which will enable employers to select talented and hard-working students from amongst themselves, and employers, in turn, promise to provide them with everything they need to work. Today’s achievements of the Center are interesting projects, startups, through which students are already making decent money, but the main thing is that they are proud of their achievements.
Zhytomyr Ivan Franko State University today is preparing not only teachers, who are also lacking in villages and small towns. And it is well known that the quality of training specialists and the prestige of the profession is of enormous importance.
Graduates of Zhytomyr National Aviation University – specialists who are vital in rural areas, and university representatives shared the achievements and achievements that they have today.
Everyone is well aware that discussing shortcomings will not solve the problem. This meeting is one of the serious real steps in order to change the situation.
You can continually discuss positive moments of studying abroad, but you need to put your knowledge at home to be proud of the achievements of the community. Confidence in the need to get rid of the feeling of inferiority, learn to see real prospects in Ukraine and work for your community is already a good result of a working but important meeting.

And the main thing is that every student already has a chance to be a worker of a dream, for which employers will be beaten.
