Cuisine Every institution has its own history, and Baz-Baz is no exception: it is a family-run restaurant with two generations. Therefore, it is logical that in the Baz-Baz menu some of the traditionally homemade, time-tested, dishes have become modern European. For example, the usual early “oatmeal” looks more appetizing if you add parmesan with bacon and chicken steak changes its traditional image with caramelized apples and creamy cheese sauce.
