And although it is not always the leaders who are called this way, but, as they say in Ukraine, “It builds a good word, and evil destroys”
The founder of the day of honoring the boss is Patricia Haroski. A young, enthusiastic secretary worked in a company run by her father. According to Patricia’s own testimony, the father gave her an insight into such things that are extremely important in the life of a young person, as responsibility and dedication to the chosen case. Therefore, it is not surprising that on the birthday of his father Patricia decided to establish a feast for all leaders.
In 1958, an initiative officer of the company providing financial and insurance services, the State Farm Insurance Company (Deerfield, Illinois), with the support of colleagues, offered to congratulate the executives. This idea was not only an opportunity to express gratitude to the father for human qualities, but also an expression of respect and respect for an uncompromisingly gifted leader and a wonderful manager.
Patricia made a proposal to the United States Chamber of Commerce, where they took and took the initiative, and after 4 years the holiday was officially approved by the governor of Illinois Otto Career.
Since then, the date of October 16, as the International Day of the Chief, has been successfully established in the United States, Canada, Australia, Great Britain, Lithuania and soon came to Ukraine.
