A woman leader, what is she like? Whatever your vision of leadership, including women’s leadership, agree, a leader is a person with a special view of the world. It is about such a person who influences the worldview of others and transforms the understanding of art, said Sofia Magidina, author of an essay on «The woman who inspires me»

Today we have the opportunity to learn about the diversity of artists in Ukraine and the world, to contemplate different paintings, to discover through them different themes and views. Some works impress to the depths of the soul, are remembered for many years, while others seem inconspicuous and quickly forgotten. However, it is difficult to pass by the canvas of one of the outstanding artists of Zhytomyr region.

Iryna Serhiivna Stolyarova is an avant-garde artist from Zhytomyr. The future artist attended art school, where among other children she was serious and persistent.

After graduating from the Zhytomyr College of Culture and Arts named after Ivan Ogienko in 2005, she defended her diploma with honors at the Department of Painting of the South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K.D. Ushinsky.

Since 1992, Iryna Stolyarova has been teaching at the Children’s Art School, where her students show good results in exams and successfully enter higher education institutions.

Since 2013, Iryna Stolyarova has been a member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine. In the artist’s work you can see works of different directions, genres and styles of execution: from watercolor landscapes to more abstract compositions in which the artist retains certain motifs and characters.

In my opinion, it is the colors, the nature of the forms and the composition of the image that help to reveal the meaning and mood that the author successfully conveys to the audience. Each of her paintings is an original work.

This free style also testifies to the rapid development of creative nature, which finds its place in numerous paintings.
The works are original, markedly different, testifying to the view of a new person. The plots stand out from the environment of everyday landscapes and portraits that tend to realism. This essential characteristic of Iryna Stolyarova’s works became a significant reason for the victory in the International Exhibition «Ukrainian Art Week 2012» in the category of genre painting with the painting «Dream».

It is fair and even necessary to say that the artist’s work is not only of regional and national importance, but perhaps of global heritage. In my opinion, Zhytomyr artist Iryna Stolyarova is a woman leader who creates contemporary art.
