«I always work where I want to and do that inspires me. I like drawing, colouring,though I am not an artist, but maybe because I am a director by vocation and in job, I love organising. If I am organising a holiday or a photozone, directing a project I connect these with beauty»
«We started from the theme photozones. These were children birthdays, weddings and other celebrations. I took my favourite-design. The idea of the photozone is formed by the client,we just complete it. For kids its cartoons, fairytales, superheroes. Now everything is possible. Why not to do that, if you are allowed to? We didn’t have such things long ago,but I can’t say that its a pity – we just other possibilities. Nowadays the kids holidays can be done and decorated brightly and interestingly. And it pleases that now parents do the children birthdays not only for themselves, not just a table for adults-a table for kids and that’s enough. Now the animators are invited, the celebration is done brightly for a child to remember it. And when you fullfil interesting ideas it inspires you a lot. That is not just about salary, but about an inhale!»
«When the young couples come up to us, they take a flight of fantasy. These days,the majority of the couples organise their holidays themselve, not taking money from their parents, thats why they do very unusual orders. Recently we had done a photozone for a birthday in style of an old circus. It’s a new idea and it is interesting!»

«I am an old school person, though I am not so old. I am from those times when a volunteer work was popular, maybe because the majority of the projects were new and were made at the first time, and it seemed that people participated more active and you did something just because you liked it. Now people have too much pragmatism»
«Many years I had been a volunteer in an All-Ukrainian Charitable Organisation «ASET». We did a prevention of any negative phenomena among the young people, I gave lections and the preventious trainings in almost all the educative institutions. Now I do the other activity, we work in a Festival « Zhyk»
«A volunteer work is not for a paper,not for awards. And for that you have been told: «Thank you very much that you do that». I always choose such a work, when my activity is like an invisible one. Of course, I spoke with youngsters, kids, but we didn’t wait for an immediate result. We didn’t wait for any gratitude from the government, or the members of the organisation. It was important for me that kids came up to us and said «It was very interesting with you. You told that information that is helpful for us». During some projects we just brought or did some organisational things, this work was free. But we gathered there where it was interesting for the youngsters, it was an alternative to sitting on a bench in a yard. You could just come up, find out something interesting, do something that is needed, and during this we had a great fun. Due to the volunteer work in the age of 16-17 years I realized in what way I can be useful, and saw what was going on in the town. At that time it was a self-affirmation, self-realization, a life experience. In the preceding life it became a basis for the personal affirmation for me»
«It was told a lot that a volunteer work is very important, it’s not enough. Every person makes a choice for himself. There are such events, to which people are forced to come by giving them some money or just a paper, but its wrong. But there an understanding that an active life position is interesting must be given. There are so much interesting events, that people are eager to participate, even if it is free of charge. Maybe it is much better to advertise an active life style more than a volunteer work, so there would be more those who are willing»
«A work at the television was an amazing work. There life is going on, and changing quickly. I came to the television when we filmed everything on the tapes. Now when you say to the youngsters that we had to take off a tape, to glue it, they would say: «What are talking about?» But that was only several years ago. But it means that at the television you have to learn something new, always to be in move. New cameras, new tripods, control desks, big concerts, live translations- now there is the other reality»
«My first filming was in our drama theatre. I was very nervous as it was a multi-camera shooting, and I stood at the one of the side cameras. Before that I filmed some small projects in a studio « Prosvet». I filmed everything normally,and then waited a lot, when my work would be evaluated. When in a week a shooted matetial was watched, I was told that everything was great. And then I understood that this is my way. Now I am thankful for Maksym Kochybey and Ivan Kvasha for a push»
«How hard it is to be a camerawoman? I rarely filmed with a hard equipment. As I am a news camerawoman, I filmed with a light one. The techniques for movies is another, but even there for women is not so hard. There the equipment is mounted, moves by tracks, the process is managed. There are lots of camerawomen in different areas. Ten years ago I used to think that there are more men in this profession, now I don’t think so. I am lucky: I didn’t face an arrogant attitude, my colleagues always helped me. We had a nice and friendly atmosphere, which I appreciate a lot»
«In the movie I like a qualitative picture, emotions. In some films I can simply lusten to the dialogues, like in Woody Allen’s films. Yes, his «pictures» are cool, but I love listening. James Cameron is interesting too, I appreciate his innovations, but for the emotions Iike other directors. I love dramas without any special effects, when you just watch and it grabbes your soul»
«I don’t have any special favourite actor or actress. There are some features that I like in an actor work. Well, maybe Jennifer Aniston: she is both great in comedies and in drama films, she does it with an inborn charm and energy. I like Keira Knightley, Kate Winslet»
«I am a very selfless person, a 100% team player. Sometimes I like to manage, but mostly I love a team work. I demand a lot from myself, that I why I appreciate a selflessness in other people a lot. It isn’t wanted to demand a lot from a person, but it is needed to demand from a person by himself. So the work goes easier»

«When we were presenting a festival « Zhyk» people were wondering: « Are you doing this in Zhytomyr?» People didn’t know what the festival it might be, what master-classes. That kids are shooting films, and we are organising an award ceremony with a red carpet and evening gowns. Even those kids who participate in a festival for the first time think, till the ceremony, that it is just a formal event. But then understand that participating was worth it. We don’t want to politicize our festival, but we don’t refuse any help. We don’t advertise our sponsors a lot, but we always mention with whose help an event was organized»
«For two years «Zhyk» is an All-Ukrainian festival. Last year Ivano-Frankivska, Kyivska regions had joined us…This year the festival is going on with the help with the Finnish government, and our project was chosen among the other 70»

«About children and upbringing? I don’t think that I can advise something. I am a mother for just five years, something goes well, and something must be improved. Children should upbrought in love and understanding. You don’t have to be afraid to give your child a zone of responsibility. And of course, you have to upbring yourself at first, and then your kids, as they are our reflection. My daughter very often copies my behaviour, and for me it is a kind of « food for thought»: is that good,or how to do or react in another way?»
«I love reading, but these days there are more films in my life. So I have made a challenge for myself-60 books for a year. I didn’t get a thousand, but sixty I think I will manage to read. From my school years Stephen King is my favourite author. His «It» I have read lots of times. At school I read everything that was in a school library, at parents’, neighbours book collection. From those times I like classic detectives, old and checked. They are special for me»

«Everything is great with Zhytomyr-it is not a provincial town. But prople must be taught to feel that. The citizens of Zhytomyr lack love for their own city. We all have to love Zhytomyr so much that we have to propagandize its institutions, its monuments, its people and places to have a rest. If every citizen of Zhytomyr will realize that this is his own city, home, that it must be cleaned, it must be improved and saved, so it will became a place where we would live to invite guests. We have an enough potential!»
