«When I started my fitness career, I could do quite a bit. Training for two to three days of intensive practice with theoretical blocks. It was difficult for me because I was often the oldest in the group. It was hard to just work one hour in coach mode, and two workouts in a row and ranks. Now I can work all day. But that’s not all: at this time I master not just coaching, but an interesting and rather difficult sport – obstacle courses. Today I have the status of a multiple medalist and participant of all-Ukrainian and world obstacle races («Wild Racing», «Spartan Race», «Race Nation», «OCR European Championships», «Bison Race», «Be More Human»). All this in my 37 years. When clients firstly come to me saying they can’t do something, I say to them, «You can do anything! You just don’t know it yet»
«Now our club has recruited to work during self-isolation, as everyone went online. However, this is not my element: I love live communication, I love seeing people live – how their muscles work. At home, people begin to do the exercises as they understand it. Often do the exercises carefully, but not correctly. This is dangerous because improperly distributed load can lead to injury. «Life has not stopped, and you can also work online. I ran my first online marathon two years ago. I have been pushing for its realization just by my clients. Nine marathons have been held today. The actions of such on-line marathons are to promote healthy eating and keeping the essentials of a healthy lifestyle. Many participants took part, many positive results, many changes in people’s lives. If at least one of the ten participants after the marathon embarks on the path of a healthy lifestyle, I am glad. I believe the goals have been achieved and I cannot say that nutrition is the basis of a healthy lifestyle. This is just one of the Components, and there are many of them: sleep, physical activity, nutrition, psycho-emotional state, water consumption, tempering, even self-realization – it is also important. I have always been, and still am constantly afraid to get a «four». People and victories inspire me to fulfill my dreams. When something goes wrong, you spend a month on hard work – and then everything goes well. That’s cool!»
«Everything must be seen in a positive way. What is happening to people now must form an understanding that health is a value and must be taken care of. In order not to get sick, you need to move more, eat properly, get better sleep.
