Christmas is one of the most beloved and most holy holidays to which we prepare in advance. We will have a delicious corner; remember about twelve lean dishes, someone even grandfather puts on the set. Borsch with ears, Banush, Pampushki, Rattles with honey … But there is the usual dishes that will never get bored and will be relevant on the festive table. We picked up the TOP-5 of these dishes
1. Deruny – traditional Ukrainian cuisine. In one gentleman they are loose, in the other crunchy – in their every little secret. Those hot potatoes stuffed with roasted chives are really delicious.
2. Varenyky is a classic Ukrainian cuisine. With what you do not cook varenyky: with cabbage, potatoes, cherries or poppies. A dish that is enjoyed all over the world for a huge number of options, because everyone can choose to your liking. It seems that they are not gentlemen, but they are so delicious!
3. Fungi – a mention of the generous autumn. Savvy hostess on a festive evening will surely have a bit. Can be marinated, can be stewed, and can be fried.
4. Gorodyna salty is an integral attribute of the Ukrainian table. Cucumber, cabbage and tomato – these are already three lean dishes, which will taste with hot potato pancakes or potato varenyky.
5. Uzvar – Ukrainian healthy drink, a drink that should be used both for children and adults not only for holidays. Uzvar recipes are different, but dried fruits are a must-have attribute.
Add to your taste prunes or dried apricots, raisins or lemons, honey or fresh berries. Uzvar – an unsurpassed drink.
Be sure to prepare the corner – the main course of the Holy Evening. Add to our TOP-5 canteen or salads – and twelve lean dishes will be able to put on the table even a mistress without a serious cook experience.
