On February 19th, the Great Lent, which traditionally lasts for seven weeks, ie 48 days, has already begun its counting, and it is coming to an end on the eve of Easter. This is not just a time for voluntary restrictions on food, entertainment and communication with the world, but now it’s not about it. Everyone knows that the prohibition during the Easter Axis is a dish containing products of animal origin – meat, fish, milk, eggs. We have prepared recipes for useful lean dishes that will benefit the body and will not contradict the canons of the Great Lent
During the Great Lent, you have to show a culinary fantasy. Eat vegetarian food: cook salads from fruits or vegetables, supplementing light meals with crackers. Drink food can be compote and decoction of fruit or herbs, sweetening them with honey. It is known that honey and spices taste much better and are more beneficial for sugar.
To make a difference to the diet and to fill it with nutritious and useful foods, you can use cooked, stewed or baked vegetables or cook mono dishes of mushrooms, rice, berries, fruits or dried fruits, pumpkins, nuts, saltines or muesli.
Fresh Salad is a simple salad that enriches the diet, strengthens immunity and helps to diversify the lean menu.
Ingredients: carrot – 1 pc., Radish – 1 pc., Apples – 2 pcs., Garlic – 1 tooth, lemon juice – 3 tablespoons, salt – to taste.
Radish, carrots and apples should be grated on a coarse grater and seasoned with garlic and lemon juice, you can add some salt.
Dessert “Rice” is a light and delicious, non-banana dish for lovers of lunch.
Ingredients: rice – 150 grams, canned pineapples – 1 can, dried apricots, nuts, raisins – to taste.
Canned pineapple and dried fruits are sliced, mixed with warm boiled rice. Fill the dish with pineapple juice and sprinkle with nuts.
Sandwich «Vegetable» – a nutritious and nutritious replacement for sandwiches.
Ingredients: avocado – 1 pc., Cherry tomatoes – 5 pc., 1 large fresh cucumber, grilled bread, lettuce leaves, sesame seeds.
Clean the avocado, remove the stone and cut it with thin slices. Tremble cucumber and tomatoes. Put the avocado on top of the slices of grinding flour, sprinkle it with sesame seeds, and then add tomatoes, cucumbers and lettuce leaves.
Proponents of meat their lean diet can fill soybean. Athletes and people who need a lot of protein foods should replace the usual meat and dairy products and eggs for lentils or other bean seeds, peanuts or eggplants.
