“Who did I dream of becoming a child? Of course, I dreamed of making baby candy (Laughs). But when I was in high school, I started to be interested in law and agriculture. Graduated from the school with a gold medal and entered the Agrarian University (NUBiP) at the Faculty of Law, which by the way graduated with a red diploma. In graduation classes, I was interested in problems of land reform and shares. During this period, I got such a knowledge base, which was difficult for me to study at the university. At the end of the first year of study, I already had a job, and then my own small business. And then he constantly set himself new goals and confidently pursued their achievement. Now my practical experience helps me a lot ”
“Practical and theoretical knowledge are two big differences. Life teaches. During my school years, I realized that I would not need much of it, but we were required to teach it. It would be right for children to choose the direction in which they wanted to develop, they understood why they are because we spend a lot of time “not there”. “We are very demanding to the quality of our products, and no brand of sweets does not go without tasting. The whole production meeting is gathered – technologists, marketers, people who sell. Each sample of products must be evaluated, filled in a tasting letter and only after that a decision is made. Candy can be born for four months: we change something, improve, determine. And when we have a general opinion, a decision is made to release a new product. Moreover, at least every two months there is a full tasting on the production of new products, but the control of the production process takes place daily. We have a separate warehouse, which stores units of finished products with the appropriate markings. We are currently negotiating the purchase of milk. We have preserved a long tradition of giving the workers gifts for holidays. We have a trade union who deals with vacation packages. We conduct training and trainings for upgrading our staff. Recently, there were premises for a gymnasium, so that our employees had the opportunity to play sports at their company. European companies that have a powerful system of personal motivation can be a model to follow in this direction. Ukrainian enterprises are also confident they are trying to do more for social security, but that is why certain economic reasons are in hindrance. And some are trying to save on this, but to save on their own employees – this is the way to nowhere. Today it is necessary to do so that people are proud of their enterprise, were confident in the system of social support ”
“If we talk about the turnover of personnel, then we must look at what kind of work we are talking about. We have seasonal workers, and there is a lot of flow in those areas. Many people are now leaving for work abroad, in the same Poland, but we also have people who have already come back from there ”
“When we were preparing a series of New Year’s gifts, we wanted the baby to get different sweets, and the accent was usually made on chocolate.
