The New Year’s bell of glasses has already sounded, but on New Year’s holidays, millions of cinema-makers are gathering every year to watch religious cultures – from the traditional black-and-white stories of the last century to the bright action games of recent years. Perhaps one of the stories that goes to the big rent in the first month of the new year will once become a true New Year tradition for family viewing. In the meantime, we offer you our top 5 January cinema premieres
“Mary Poppins Returns” Familiar to all the story of the nanny Mary Poppins, played by actress Emily Blunt, already has its supporters. The magic powers of a mysterious nanny who stepped onto the threshold of their former homepages, Jane and Michael, help the family to survive a heavy loss and regain happiness and joy. Lucas Productions, Marc Platt Productions and Walt Disney Pictures from Lucas Producer, director of Rob Marshall, who became the sequel to the 1964 classic film, has already appeared on big screens of Ukraine on January 3.
“The Upside” The remake of the French superhit “1 + 1” (2011) is just as touching, sensual, kind and emotional. Apartments in New York, a complete garage of collectible car models, millions of dollars in a bank – all this does not give you a taste of the life of a person who is twisted to bed. Truly happy, he begins to feel himself only after the arrival of his assistant’s house – a former prisoner who has not lost optimism and knows what “fun” is. The picture, full of real love for life from the beginning to the culmination, will appear on the screens of cinemas of Ukraine from January 17th.
“Dumplin’” The main heroine of the film Willoudin – a girl of no less modest forms. Mother of the protagonist has an uneasy character and a queen of beauty in the past. Willoudin is determined to go ahead with a maternal warning and decides to take part in a competition that her mom takes care of. Impromptuly of the main character acquires unexpected turns when other teenage girls unexpectedly join the teenage girl, whose appearance is far from the established ideal of beauty. What kind of cup can be made during the competition for a group of girls and whether the consent of the family Willoudin and her mother, the heroine Jennifer Aniston, will be known to Ukrainian audiences since January 17th.
“Second act” Missing for Jay Lo in the movies? A Latin American singer and actress has become the main character of the comedy, in which life is not a particularly happy girl decides to change her friend, who began rebranding social pages of her girlfriend. An attractive picture dramatically changes the present-day heroine Jennifer Lopez, but the whole truth “not from the Internet” can emerge at any moment. How delicate ice is the “scam” of an ordinary provincial girl and her friend, will she cope with the rules of a new successful one – the life of fans of the genre of family comedies will be discovered already since January 24.
“Creed II: The Legacy of Rocky Balboa” The legendary hero of Rocky Balboa returns loudly to the screens. The story of the novelties of 2019 refers to the events of the “Rocky-4” tape. According to the authors of the film, Rokki trains his ward Adonis Krida to fight with Russian boxer Victor Drago. Contender Creed – son of Ivan Drago, who many years ago in the ring became the killer of the friend of Rocky and the father of Adonis. Preparing for the main test in the life of “friends by misfortune” will be difficult morally and physically, and viewers and fans of a series of films about the famous boxer will be able to see it from January 24th.
