WORLD PASTA DAY: RAISING LEVEL OF HAPPINESS

Do you like pasta? Many people associate this dish exclusively with pasta and do not cause gastronomic sensations – «pasta as pasta». In fact, pasta is one of the most popular dishes in the world. Imagine that spaghetti Italians eat so much each year that it would be enough to wrap the planet 15,000 times. Pasta is associated primarily with Italy, but began to cook it in China in the V century BC, and many recipes for cooking: from classic to author’s. We decided on World Pasta Day to monitor how a popular dish is prepared in Zhytomyr restaurants

1. Tagliatelle pasta
The Silvio D’Italia restaurant serves plenty of mushrooms and tender veal. Although the pasta itself contains proteins, vitamins E and B, magnesium, iron, potassium and calcium, the nutritious ingredients still add satiety and calories to the dish. However, you can not worry: the real pasta, which is made from durum wheat, does not thicken. The successful combination of cream sauce, cherry tomatoes and arugula not only enriches the variety of flavors, but also creates a nice bright picture, delicious even in appearance.

2. Pasta «Fettuccine La Mare»
There are different classifications of pasta, and according to the method of its manufacture it is divided into two types – fresh and dried. Dried – the one from the store, and fresh pasta, according to the classics of the genre, is made with the addition of eggs, which makes its texture more tender. In the restaurant «Mario» fettuccine (pasta) of own production. We chose the version with seafood – salmon, squid, mussels. Pieces of salmon in a delicate cream sauce and grated cheese – delicious, but without pretensions. In the dish all in moderation: the pasta itself is boiled to a state of al dente, not too much salt, toasted pieces of salmon, cheese, sauce and basil leaves. 3. Pasta «Carbonara»

It also retains the original Italian serving – with the yolk, which must be mixed with spaghetti before eating. The taste of dry Italian herbs and grated goat cheese chips immerse you in the warm Italian atmosphere.
