“Since 1996 I am in the public sector. Two graduates of ZHDTU: in technical specialty and economics. Worked in production, in the management apparatus of PJSC “Ukrtelecom”. My direction is new technologies, business plans and all that is connected with it: the construction of automatic telephone exchanges, new technologies that promote development, and innovation. After defending my dissertation, which I prepared for production, I was “enlisted” at the university. Just to be able to implement projects. “My goals do not interfere with me. Perhaps there is something distracting, what you pay attention to, and about interfering with … No, it does not interfere. The fact that I am a woman does not prevent me from reaching career growth, and in my situation it even adds charm. Usually women study in social and humanitarian fields, and I got to technical education – I always liked computers. “We have created in ZHDTU all the conditions for the young people not to go anywhere, but left in Zhytomyr. This year at “Workshop of the City” we presented the project “TOP-10 reasons to study and work in the city.” We invite everyone who wants to discuss, so that they determine these terms. Interviewed with representatives of government, business, NGOs and youth, invited to participate in the thematic quest, and then express their views. The result was the realization that young people like the high schools we have, the teachers who work in them, and many of those who plan to go abroad said they do not exclude the possibility of returning and working in Ukraine.
